Each piece of furniture is handcrafted with care at our factory in Western Sydney. By manufacturing in house, we’re able to better control quality and production lead times, providing you with products that exceed your expectations and meet deadlines.
Upholstery
Our in-house upholstery division considers all of the finer details of pattern matching fabrics, as well as selecting the correct density of foam for each product.
CNC
The use of advanced technology CNC machines allows us to manufacture high volume items with precision and consistency whilst also reducing waste.
Assembly
Once manufacturing has been completed, products are then assembled before a final Quality Assurance check. Once products have been inspected and given the all clear, they are then wrapped and labelled for delivery.
Storage
With 6,500m2 of warehouse space, we have the capacity to accommodate large scale projects that require staged deliveries.
